The short version
VA Passport is in early access. Right now, the only information we collect is what you choose to give us when you join the waitlist — your name, email address, military status, and (optionally) the record-keeping concern that matters most to you.
We use it to contact you about early access and to shape what we build. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers.
What we collect
Waitlist details you submit: first and last name, email address, military status, and any market-research selections. We also collect basic, privacy-light analytics about visits to this page so we know the site is working.
How we use it
To send you early-access invitations and updates about VA Passport, and to understand which problems matter most to the families we serve. You can ask us to remove you from the list at any time.
How we protect it
We treat your information with the same seriousness as the product itself. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and our vault product is engineered to align with HIPAA and Department of Defense cybersecurity standards, including bank-level AES-256 encryption for stored records.
Sharing & retention
We never sell your personal information. We keep your waitlist details only as long as needed to contact you about the product, and we remove them on request.
